Quality Test Engineer - MS Dynamics CRM

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Quality Test Engineer with expertise in MS Dynamics CRM and a strong background in both manual and automation testing.

The role involves requirement gathering, test planning, execution, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthplan systems and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and create user stories based on business needs.
• Develop test plans and test cases for feature stories.
• Prepare test data to support test case execution.
• Execute functional testing based on defined acceptance criteria.
• Log defects in the defect management system and participate in defect review meetings with the Scrum Master and Product Manager.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve issues identified during testing.
• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings to provide status updates and discuss new work packets.
