What You Will Do

Review

(and

prepare

as needed)

tax returns

for all entity types, their owners, and high net worth individuals.

Lead and support

tax planning and consulting

engagements. We are not just tax preparers.

Manage multiple projects, clients, and staff while meeting deadlines.

Mentor and train staff, ensuring accuracy and professional development.

Communicate proactively with clients and the team about planning results.

Collaborate with partners on billing and workflow.

What It Takes to Succeed

Active CPA license (preferred) with strong experience in tax preparation and review.

Organized, efficient, and willing to adapt to our quality control processes as well as high tech work-flow.

Solid technical knowledge of business and individual taxation (multi-state a plus).

Excellent verbal / written communication - say what is on your mind (we cannot read minds, we have tried).

Positive, collaborative, and willing to learn and help others. We laugh hard, work hard and do not tolerate toxic behaviors.

Comfortable with Microsoft Suite & Adobe PDF; CCH Axcess and Prosystemsfx Engagement software experience strongly preferred.

Confident engaging with clients via phone, Zoom, Teams or in person.
