Mobile Therapist

At The Counseling Connection, we are dedicated to providing exemplary mental health support and crisis intervention to the vibrant community of West Virginia. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Mobile Therapist to join our team. This role involves traveling to clients' homes or community settings to deliver personalized and effective counseling services. The Mobile Therapist will work autonomously, yet as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to the highest standards of care and patient confidentiality. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of individuals. Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on assessments and in collaboration with clients and their families. Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, and families in their home environments or community settings. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organization and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a continuum of care. Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews. Adhere to all professional and ethical standards. Act as an advocate for clients' rights and well-being.
