Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a "player / coach" focus to help us connect with local businesses and showcase our tailored marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will lead by example, demonstrating strong sales techniques while also mentoring and supporting team members. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. After successful demonstration of personal production, we assist you in building your own team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities among small local businesses, leveraging our cutting edge AI marketing solutions.
  • Lead by example in personal sales production while coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Create a local market strategy enable you and your team to meet the needs of local businesses.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations / product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our closed-loop AI marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of personal sales production experience.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within a sales organization.
  • Experience as an Independent Contractor (1099 tax status).
  • Strong business network with a proven track record of lead generation.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience / familiarity with digital marketing and social media.
  • A "player / coach" mentality, with a passion for helping small businesses succeed and developing team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
