Reporting To : Store Manager / Owner
Purpose : Provide exceptional customer service, assist guests at the Hat Bar experience (customizing hats, styling), plus general retail duties (sales floor, POS, inventory).
Key Responsibilities :
Greet, engage and guide customers through the Hat Bar experience (selecting hat styles, charms / patches / feathers, customizing).
Hands-on styling and assembly of accessories and artwork (must have creative flair).
Assist with hat parties, and events
Serve on the sales floor : recommend boots, clothing, accessories, help with fitting, checkout.
Maintain store presentation : merchandising, hat bar station upkeep, cleaning, re-stocking.
Support private / party events (in-store or mobile) — set-up, guest consultation, styling.
Meet or help drive sales targets Hat Bar bookings.
Qualifications :
1+ year prior customer service or retail sales experience.
Artistic, Creative mindset, flair for styling - comfortable customizing hats, working with design elements.
Attention to detail.
Outgoing, energetic, friendly - build rapport with customers.
Able to work evenings / weekends and flexible shifts.
Must be 18+.
Preferred :
Interest in western / country fashion, or experience in boot / hats / accessories retail.
