Technical Support Specialist
Join our client's dynamic support team as a Technical Support Specialist, where you'll deliver expert assistance for a wide array of technical issues to English-speaking clients. If you have a strong background in BPO call centers and possess extensive troubleshooting experience with both Apple MacBook and Windows PC systems, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide over-the-phone troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex technical issues for Mac and Windows systems via remote access.
- Address slow computer performance, operating system reinstallation, Mac recovery, PC resets, malware and virus removal, driver updates, and email problems, particularly with Microsoft Outlook.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues such as hard drives, RAM, and power supplies.
- Resolve network and internet connectivity issues, browser problems with Google Chrome, and PC game crashes.
- Set up and troubleshoot printers on WiFi networks and resolve printer driver issues.
- Deliver timely solutions, effectively document issues, and conduct thorough follow-ups with customers.
- Utilize sales skills to upsell support packages following service resolution.
- Demonstrate organization, punctuality, and reliability as core professional values.
