Job Description

Join a high-precision job shop specializing in aerospace, medical, and defense components as a CNC Grinder on the 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role ideal for detail-oriented professionals who take pride in quality and craftsmanship. You’ll be working in a clean, climate-controlled environment, producing tight-tolerance, low-volume parts on world-class CNC OD / ID grinding equipment.

The base salary range for this position is $20-25 / hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
