Job description1–2 years of experience in IT support, application support, or technical analysis. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL or other backend query languages. Understanding of Web Services and APIs . Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Strong teamwork and problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and REST APIs . Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools . Exposure to Ubuntu / Unix or corporate networking . Familiarity with Informatica , PL / SQL , or scripting languages (Perl, Korn Shell). Experience using version control tools (e.g., Git). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Coursework or certifications in programming and business analysis are a plus. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. Proactive and eager to learn in a hybrid team setting. Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results under deadlines. Hybrid schedule : Onsite every Wednesday in Memphis, TN . Job Description – JR IT Analyst Associate (Hybrid, Memphis TN)
Location : Memphis, Tennessee (Hybrid – Onsite every Wednesday)
Duration : 11 / 24 / 2025 – 10 / 26 / 2026
Type : Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate : $23 / hour
Overview
We are seeking an IT Analyst Associate to join our client’s team in Memphis, TN .
This hybrid role (onsite every Wednesday) offers the opportunity to support strategic and tactical IT projects, assisting with analysis, development, and troubleshooting for key business systems.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in IT support or technical analysis , a strong foundation in SQL , and a desire to grow into a long-term role within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
⚙️ Responsibilities
- Serve as an IT Analyst Associate for assigned projects and applications.
- Perform data and system analysis , process flow documentation, and testing activities.
- Assist with requirements gathering, coding, and unit testing of simple to moderately complex programs.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within established SLAs.
- Collaborate with project managers, QA, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to departmental standards.
- Contribute to process improvement and best practices within the IT team.
