Position Overview : Pat’s is searching for a reliable and dedicated Master Electrical professional to lead the electrical department in maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. Complete all general electrical in-home service calls.

• Inspect electrical components to diagnose and service any issues a customer may have.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Licensed with knowledge of local Electrical codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Ability to draw simple diagrams, and read blueprints and other diagrams.
• Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification.
