Controller - Aerospace Manufacturing

Our client, a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a Controller to lead and manage core accounting operations. This is a hands-on leadership role within a company that has tripled in size since 2018 and continues to expand with new locations and a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Review and approve vendor payments, cash receipts, and account reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports for management.

Process work-in-progress (WIP) reconciliations.

Preferred Qualifications :

Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.

Experience with Epicor ERP system.

Prior experience in a Controller role.

Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.

Salary : $150,000-$170,000
