Job Description : The HR Shared Services Analyst plays a key role in supporting core HR operations and ensuring a smooth employee experience across the organization. This position partners closely with HR leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to manage key processes such as interview coordination, onboarding, and system data management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for multiple departments in a high-volume environment.
• Support onboarding activities, including background checks, new hire documentation, and system updates.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance within HR systems, including Workday and other platforms.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR process documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base materials.
• Partner with HR leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
• Track and monitor service requests, ensuring alignment with service-level expectations.
