What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, property damage, or unusual behavior, to the appropriate personnel. Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment in a technology-focused setting. Follow all company and client protocols regarding access control, visitor management, and emergency response. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance as needed throughout the location. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
