Wellness Facilitator (Breathwork, Meditation + Contrast Therapy Guide) Overview As a Wellness Facilitator (Guide), you’re at the heart of the MindFuel experience.
Guiding guests through Open Flow sauna and cold plunge sessions with warmth, awareness, and care.
You’ll help create calm, connection, and transformation by holding space, maintaining flow, and ensuring every guest feels seen, supported, and safe throughout their experience.
Our Guides also have opportunities to lead Guided Contrast Therapy sessions as well as Breathwork, Meditation, and Movement classes. What You’ll Do Welcome guests with warmth, presence, and professionalism — setting the tone for their MindFuel experience from start to finish. Guide guests through Open Flow sauna and cold plunge sessions, offering encouragement, direction, and support as needed. Own your zone — maintaining awareness of what’s happening across the space and ensuring all guests follow safety, etiquette, and community guidelines in a respectful, professional way. Open and close the studio with care, following established checklists to maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and studio readiness. Flip the studio between sessions — restocking supplies, managing laundry, tidying the lounge, and keeping the sauna and cold plunge areas pristine. Monitor sauna and cold plunge conditions to ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are upheld. Create an uplifting, grounded atmosphere through lighting, music, and intentional communication. Build connection and community by learning names, remembering details, and embodying MindFuel’s core values in every interaction. Support the Community Specialist team as needed — assisting with check-ins, answering questions, and helping guests feel at ease. Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen facilitation skills and deepen your understanding of contrast therapy, breathwork, and mindfulness. As experience grows, lead Guided Contrast Therapy and Breathwork, Meditation, and Movement classes, bringing your own energy and authenticity to each offering. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or customer experience roles. Certifications or training in breathwork, meditation, yoga, fitness, or other wellness modalities are strongly preferred — but not required. A genuine passion for wellness, mindfulness, and human connection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to hold space with confidence, calm, and compassion. Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and comfortable guiding others through physically and emotionally intense experiences. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented — takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and studio standards. Comfortable working in environments with temperature variations (hot sauna and cold plunge). Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks (cleaning, bending, standing for extended periods, moving supplies, etc.). Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Schedule Expectations & Availability Must be available to work 2 core scheduled shifts per week on a consistent basis.
Core shifts are set seasonally and remain the same days and times each week to support studio consistency and team flow.

This is a unique position — not a typical one-class teaching job.
Guides are integral members of the MindFuel team, fully present for their entire shift to open, facilitate, and close the studio with care.
You’ll play an active role in maintaining flow, connection, and community throughout each session.
Availability for evening, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts is required.
Compensations and Perks $16 / hour, with opportunities for increased pay based on experience, performance, and expanded facilitation responsibilities.
