Set up CNC Machinist
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in the manufacturing process. This role is critical in producing high-quality components that meet our production standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor the machining process to ensure quality standards are met throughout production.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and resolve any technical issues.
- Document production processes, inspections, and any modifications made during machining.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong background in CNC milling.Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and operation.Experience with 5 AXIS CNC milling is a plus.Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for CNC machinery.Familiarity with hardware setups, network setups, and system integration.Knowledge of software installation related to CNC operations.Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Benefits
