Job Summary :
The Manager of Inventory, Purchasing, and Fleet is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s inventory control, procurement activities, and vehicle fleet operations.
Manage central inventory supply and supervise all procurement, receiving, and shipping activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overseeing all daily supply chain activities
 - Set and manage Par levels for Central Supply; responsible for building and updating order templates for clinics based on usage.
 - Assist Shipping and Receiving staff with receiving, stocking, and rotating Central Supply inventory.
 - Approve and process outgoing Central Supply orders and assist Shipping and Receiving staff with picking and packing process.
 - Perform inventory counts as needed to monitor for picking or receiving errors; print monthly expiration reports to identify short-dated or outdated items; monitor to ensure proper stock rotation within Central Supply.
 - Oversee inventory levels at clinics and meet with clinic managers routinely to assist with inventory control throughout the organization.
 - Facilitate returns or transfers of overstocked, short-dated, and outdated items.
 - Recording and reporting inventory inaccuracies as required by the MO Board of Pharmacy.
 - Ensure proper, secure storage of all Rx-only or legend items including controlled substances, refrigerated and frozen items.
 - Notify purchasing of any discrepancies identified during receiving process including missing, damaged, outdated or short-dated, counterfeit or suspected counterfeit, mis-picked, or improperly stored or transferred items so that vendors may be notified if necessary. Contact and report to regulatory agencies as required by state and federal law.
 - Maintain and update Central Supply product catalog; work closely with purchasing to update central inventory supply to meet the needs of the organization.
 - Establish and maintain written policies and procedures to meet, at least, the minimum requirements of the MO Board of Pharmacy.
 - Coordinate with compliance department to ensure sufficient, ongoing training and education of Supply Chain staff to meet competency and compliance requirements set by the MO Board of Pharmacy.
 - Responsible for ensuring Central Supply remains in a constant state of inspection preparedness; must be present during MO Board of Pharmacy inspections and be able to present all records and requested information to the inspector in the required timeframe.
 - Assist Procurement Specialist as needed with preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, equipment, and central inventory stock.
 - Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids. Prepare bid awards and / or quotes for items or services requiring approval from board or administration.
 - Lead inventory cycle counts for central supply; coordinate and assist with cycle counts with clinic staff for all other areas of Jordan Valley.
 - Promotes effective working relations and work effectively as part of a team to facilitate the Clinic’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
 - Attains all agreed to goals and objectives within specified time frames, as part of the Clinic’s overall mission.
 - Responsibly follows the Clinic Exposure Control Plans / Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens.
 - Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.
 - Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles and equipment if required.
 - Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure fleet reliability and safety.
 - Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and operating costs to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
 - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
 - Manage vehicle registrations, insurance, inspections, and documentation.
 - Implement fleet tracking and management systems to optimize utilization and reduce downtime.
 - Prepare and manage budgets for inventory, purchasing, and fleet operations.

Required Qualifications :
Missouri Pharmacy Technician License or ability to get license within 30 days of employment.Valid driver’s license.Ability to understand and / or transact all supply chain-related transactions in NetSuite or similar systemPreferred Qualifications :
Four (4) years of experience in a wholesale / pharmacy distributor facility; drug distributor law, standards of operation or compliance; or a combination of education and experience to meet the four (4) year requirement
