Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator!
At R.T. Moore, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Here’s what you’ll be doing :
- Accurately invoice single-family builders and service customers to ensure timely payments.
- Carefully submit billings through AIA, GC Pay, or Textura to select general contractors, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Effectively apply cash receipts to customer accounts to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Engage in collection responsibilities for assigned customers, with the ability to escalate concerns to the Controller when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between insurance claims representatives and operations managers, facilitating communication and clarity.
- Gather and prepare internal documents for insurance claims representatives related to open claims.
- Collaborate with internal partners to process utility damage claims and disputes as necessary.
- Track and report updates monthly on general liability insurance claims for effective resolution.
- Follow up on open insurance claims to assist in their resolution and closure.
- Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks, typically focused on compiling job history and documents for insurance and legal inquiries.
- Timely file various State and Local municipalities' annual report filings and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel.
- Register R.T. Moore for controlled insurance programs on multi-family divisions' projects punctually.
- Assist in gathering necessary certificates of insurance and submit W9 forms to new customers without delay.
Qualifications :
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Intermediate mathematical abilities with mastery of Excel formulas for data management.A knack for prioritizing and coordinating a variety of tasks efficiently.Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong critical thinking capabilities.Strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.Ability to enter data rapidly and accurately.Proficient in standard office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) and Key2Act Signature is advantageous.Self-sufficient in investigating and gathering necessary information.A high school diploma or GED is essential.4-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.Schedule : Monday to Friday
