About the Role

Were seeking a Client Delivery Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, youll be a key player ensuring the seamless execution of critical client projects while supporting their day-to-day operational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Transaction Support : Coordinate large-scale client projects involving vehicle registration, permitting, and licensing. Youll be the go-to person ensuring fast, accurate, and complete execution even under tight deadlines.
• Client Communication : Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication, setting expectations, and ensuring satisfaction through proactive follow-up and accountability.
• Process Improvement : Continuously refine and improve workflows, contributing ideas and driving enhancements to make operations smoother and more efficient.
