Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the pharmacy technician team, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance with regulations, and exceptional patient care. You will supervise the Pharmacy Technician Lead and the rest of the technician team, support day-to-day operations, and ensure that prescription volumes are managed effectively. How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare

• Team Leadership :

Supervise and mentor the Pharmacy Technician Lead and the pharmacy technician team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Oversee and manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure timely and accurate prescription processing.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accrediting body standards.

Monitor inventory levels, order medications, and manage supply chain logistics.

Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy services.

Requirements :

A Few Things About You

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician training program preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is required.
