Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Healthcare, Human Resources, Communications or a related field. Experience with project management and ADKAR models is required (preferred : certification in Prosci or ACMP). Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide teams through the change process building a shared vision and moving toward a common goal. Exceptional oral, written and listening skills with proven ability to communicate persuasively Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle to execute change initiatives effectively and efficiently. Knowledge of the Florida healthcare industry and the current information technology environment is preferred. Flexible and adaptable; the ability to work in ambiguous situations. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to implement effective change strategies. Overview
Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare management company, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive adoption and long-term success of key technology and process changes. The OCM Lead will guide change initiatives tied to the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows—particularly in IT and contact center environments—with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption.
Responsibilities
- The OCM Lead will lead the end-to-end execution of change management programs (impact analysis, readiness, communication, and adoption), working closely with the project team, executives, and external partners to align change strategy with business goals.
- This position is responsible for ensuring change management efforts are integrated into overall project timelines and monitors adoption progress, tracks KPIs, and reports change initiatives outcomes.
