How you'll contribute :

We are on the lookout for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who brings compassion, attention to detail, and team spirit to every patient interaction :

• Report patient progress and concerns to supervising therapists and collaborate with the care team.
• Educate families and nursing staff on supportive follow-through programs.
• Assist with scheduling and accurately post patient charges to records.
• Document care clearly and compliantly, meeting all regulatory, licensure, payer, and accrediting standards.
• Foster a safe, organized, and clean treatment environment for everyone.
• Operate with integrity, aligning with our Code of Business Conduct and all applicable policies and laws.
• Jump in wherever you're needed to support the team and our patients' success.
