Vice President, Strategic Operations and Business Transformation

Progyny is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented leader to serve as Vice President of Strategic Operations and Business Transformation. This role will be a key partner to the COO, responsible for driving operational performance management, leading enterprise-wide initiatives, and enabling transformation across the organization. The VP will oversee the design and execution of cross-functional programs that enhance business agility, improve performance, and align with Progyny's strategic priorities.

This is a high-impact leadership role that blends operational rigor with strategic foresight, requiring a leader who can both architect and operationalize change.

What you will do...

Operational Performance Management

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Partner with Finance, Clinical Ops, Member Services, and Client Success to ensure alignment of operational goals with company strategy.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps through root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is : $225,000 - $250,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought / required . Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
