Job descriptionGeriatric Medicine Physician with an interest in value-based care - Join a well-established11provider practice - Site also serves as teaching site for medical residents -Administer superior patient care per value-based healthcare guidelines -Strategize and execute care plans that center on patient outcomes -Engage in multidisciplinary collaborationto elevate standards of patient care -Spearhead initiatives that contribute to the efficiency, quality, and fiscal responsibility of healthcare delivery. -Lucrative compensation structure that mirrors your skill set and commitment to value-based care. -Shared Success : Benefit from our collective achievements through performance bonuses and profit-sharing incentives. -Small Patient Panels : Our approach allows you to give each patient the attention they deserve. - 12-15 patients per day - Regular Monday-to-Friday work schedule. - Full benefits - Salary around $250,000 depending on experience plus ample bonus opportunity -Comprehensive maternity and paternity leave - Great location in Largo, Between Tampa and St Petersburg
