What We're Looking For : - Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution. - Active Oregon state optometry license (or the ability to obtain one). - A passion for working with the elderly population, with a focus on patient-centered care. - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to making vision care accessible for seniors. - Ability to work independently and adapt to different settings, with an interest in traveling to various retirement communities and assisted living centers.
