We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and support for our Outdoor Performance platform, which includes iconic brands such as Simms Fishing, Camp Chef, Primos Hunting, Stone Glacier, Bushnell Optics, and Project Freedom. In this key leadership role, the Director of Human Resources will be responsible for executing HR initiatives that align with the business objectives and long-term vision of the Outdoor Performance platform. This individual will serve as a key partner to the platform's leadership team, providing guidance on resources management, organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning. The Director will champion a people-first culture while driving performance and growth across the platform. This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is based out of our Bozeman or Ogden, UT office.

Strategic Partnership & Workforce Planning

• Collaborate with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and manage the headcount cost envelope.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Outdoor Performance Leadership Team, providing insights from a People perspective.
• Partner with Compensation to conduct job analyses and provide market data for position classification.

You have :

Pay Range : Annual Salary : $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
