Acute Care RN - Intensive Care Unit Nights

Job Summary : Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a setting that exemplifies best practices and outstanding customer service. This role fosters relationship-based care and upholds professional nursing standards guided by the ANA Code of Ethics, relevant nursing practice acts, and regulatory agency standards. The position supports acute care departments including Medical, Surgery, Emergency, Intensive Care, Childbirth, Pediatric, Operating Room, Perianesthesia, Endoscopy / GI, and Cardiac Cath Lab units.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Effectively manage time and resources, prioritizing critical tasks while balancing short- and long-term goals.
• Apply new knowledge from ongoing education to promote cost-saving and enhance patient care.
• Make patient care assignments based on nurse expertise, patient acuity, and technical needs.
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice to improve workplace and clinical skills.

• Communicate clearly to manage expectations and provide timely responses to patient needs.
