Key Responsibilities

Manage event and program logistics for startup ecosystem events and Accelerator programs

Ensure effective handling of operations, logistics, and communications

Coordinate content with speakers and mentors, and support pre and post event logistics

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in customer success, program operations, or support

Strong skills in event management, budget management, and project management

Ability to manage regional events and community programs independently and collaboratively

Proven track record in independent problem solving

Understanding of scalable processes and documentation for task automation
