Role Description

As our Estate Planning & Probate Professional, you'll dive deep into the world of Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters, offering solace and solutions to clients navigating through their most challenging times. Your expertise will not only guide clients but also shape the future of our Estate Planning & Probate practice. This is a full-time role for an Experienced Trust & Estate / Probate Attorney at Paré & Associates, LLC. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to trust and estate law, probate proceedings, estate planning, and communication with clients. This is a hybrid role, based in Germantown, MD, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Estate Planning and Trusts experience
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership
  • Experience in probate proceedings and estate administration
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
