Customer Service Representative
LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fast-growing organization looking to expand its customer support team. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to meet customer needs
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals
Customer Service Representative Requirements :
High school diploma or GED requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and interpersonal abilitiesComfortable working onsite, Monday through FridayBasic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or customer service toolsPrevious call center or customer service experience preferred but not requiredDetails :
