Job Summary :

Based upon the Tranter sourcing objectives, commodity strategy and initiatives, execute and develop the Optimal Supplier Base solution regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost on the goods / services to be delivered to specified sites in line with Tranter Purchasing Process.

Purchase materials, supplies, and services at the most favorable terms for the organization. Completes vendor qualifications and supplier audits. Submits and evaluates bids for purchased goods and services and selects new suppliers. Monitors supplier performance and leads development initiatives internally and externally. Monitors PPV results and identifies new opportunities to reduce costs.
