Job descriptionWork with Progression, Inc. get your application bumped to the front of the line Jr. Java Developer McLean, VA MUST : Experienced Java Developer 3+ Years of Java Experience 1+ SQL queries experience Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle Experience with development tools such as Git Bachelors Degree CBP Clearance preferred DUTIES : Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of Java applications. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers. Participate in code reviews and receive constructive feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product management, and UI / UX design. Help troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues in existing applications. Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, version control, and Agile methodologies. Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
