Customer Success Manager - AI Training Tool

Zearch is partnering with a VC-backed leader in the immersive training space to hire a Customer Success Manager who will play a key role in supporting their next stage of growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing immersive training company. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients (healthcare systems, EMS / fire agencies) and driving adoption, retention, and growth of their immersive learning platform.

As CSM, you'll partner closely with clinical educators, operational leaders, and executives. Your main priority will be to ensure customers are onboarded successfully, are seeing value in the product, and remain long-term partners.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own a set of strategic accounts and build trusted relationships with stakeholders (educators, directors, nurse leaders, etc.)
• Lead onboarding and training initiatives for clients, helping them integrate immersive training into their workflows
• Monitor customer usage and engagement to drive adoption and maximize impact
• Deliver regular business reviews, gather feedback, and present insights to both customers and internal teams
• Identify opportunities to expand and renew usage (upsell / cross-sell)
• Serve as the customer advocate within the company — sharing feedback, influencing roadmap, and defining success metrics
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to deepen client relationships
• Travel regularly to customer sites to support in-person engagements
