Position Details

Role : Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN / LPN) Day Shift

Schedule : 8 Hour shift

Mon and Fri 7a-3p; Tues, Wed, Thur 9a-5p poss weekend if needed

Location : Valrico, FL

Pay : LPN $23$29 / hr | RN $29$33 / hr

What Youll Do

Provide safe, skilled nursing care in the home

Follow individualized physician-directed care plans

Administer medications, feeds, and treatments

Monitor and document patient conditions accurately

Partner with physicians, therapists, and caregivers

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license (Florida or Compact)

At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)

Strong clinical judgment & ability to work independently

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience :

Pediatric nursing

G-tube, trach, or ventilator care

Required at Application

Updated resume

Active nursing license

Drivers license & Social Security card

Current CPR (AHA or ARC only)

Physical exam (within 6 months)

TB test (within 12 months)

COVID-19 vaccine record or exemption letter

CEUs (if applicable)
