About The Position

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) specialized in NICU to join their Respiratory Care Services team. This role involves working primarily in both the NICU and PICU units, providing care for neonatal and pediatric patients including high-risk deliveries and critical respiratory support.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years respiratory therapy experience, preferably with NICU exposure.

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.

Valid Virginia state license or compact state license.

Certifications : BLS, NRP, PALS (preferred).

Experience with neonatal / pediatric ventilators and respiratory care equipment.

Preferred : Experience in trauma Level I centers and teaching hospitals.

Ability to work night shifts and float within the scope as needed.

EPIC charting experience required.

BSN preferred but not required.
