This opportunity is at a global manufacturing company and this role will be supporting a small HR team as the HR Specialist. Up to $65K annually and 5 days onsite.

Job Description

Own and manage all annual trainings (business ethics, safety regulations, etc.) and onboarding follow-ups.

Maintain training records and metrics.

Process payroll using ADP, ensure timecards are approved, and manage payroll balance sheets.

Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring logistics.

Act as the local point of contact for benefit-related questions.

Build relationships across the team and support a positive culture.

Maintain accurate employee files and training data. Experience with a training management system is a plus.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Specialist should have :

• 3+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Associate's degree in HR or related field required.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience processing payroll (ADP preferred).
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment and eager to connect with hourly staff.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
• Able to go in onsite 5 days a week to Moncks Corner, SC.
• Up to $65K annually.
