We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project coordination, and timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and skilled in managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.

Coordinate service requests, project timelines, and deliverables.

Monitor account activities to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards are met.

Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and client experience.

Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Support account managers in strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in account coordination, client services, or project management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
