Job description

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team in Congers, NY. This full-time, office-based role focuses on driving B2B sales across the NY / NJ metro area. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Hunt and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers using a consultative approach.
  • Sell commodities against established brands through value-based strategies.
  • Excel at cold-calling, objection handling, and closing deals.
  • Maintain accountability for KPIs and appointment targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales success in a competitive environment.
  • Strong ability to hunt, negotiate, and close new business.
  • Resilient, optimistic, and skilled at building trust quickly.
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently.
  • Prior experience in industrial or construction supply sales is a plus.
