Key Responsibilities : Strategic Design Vision : Define and execute a compelling product design strategy aligned with business goals and user needs. Team Leadership & Development : Build, mentor, and inspire a team of exceptional product designers and UX researchers. Design Excellence : Drive the creation of intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences across all platforms. Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure seamless integration of design. User-Centered Innovation : Champion a user-first design approach, leveraging data and research to inform design decisions. Scalable Design Systems : Develop and implement scalable design systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Engagement & Social Experiences : Lead the evolution of core platform experiences, focusing on enhancing user engagement, social interaction, and retention. Industry Trend Leadership : Stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies, driving continuous innovation. Collaborative Design Culture : Foster a collaborative design culture, facilitating ideation, critiques, and feedback loops.

Qualifications : Proven experience leading and scaling product design teams in high-growth, consumer-facing companies (e.g., social media, mobile gaming, e-commerce, or similar). Deep expertise in user-centered design, UX research, and interaction design. Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of delivering innovative and impactful product experiences. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience driving social engagement and gamification of products. Experience with mobile first design. Experience with data driven design. A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of emerging design trends.
