We are looking for a passionate pastry cook. We are a very busy Michelin starred restaurant that has a team oriented environment. The role includes working side by side with the executive chef and pastry chef, as well as running the cold side of the kitchen. Breads, plated desserts, cakes, sweet and savory preparations for the whole menu are involved. Knowledge of ice cream production, bread baking, and inventory managment are a plus.
