Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lake Mary, FL, 32746. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs. If you have a knack for fixing things and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
  • Perform repairs on equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of facility equipment and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
