Overview

Certified Pharmacy Technician - Care Specialist

We're seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to join our remote pharmacy operations team. In this role, you'll communicate directly with patients 100% of the time-via phone and secure messaging-to ensure their medication and billing needs are handled with professionalism and care.

You'll also collaborate closely with prescribers' offices, troubleshoot complex pharmacy cases, and deliver outstanding service during every patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with patients via phone or messaging to manage medication needs and resolve concerns

Prepare and submit third-party insurance claims and address billing issues

Work with providers' offices on refill requests, prior authorizations, and coverage determinations

Handle patient escalations with empathy and professionalism

Complete required compliance training modules and ongoing certification requirements

Schedule :

• Location : Fully Remote (Candidates must hold an active Texas CPhT license)
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM-5 : 30 PM CST (Training Schedule)
• Training Duration : 4 Weeks (No Time Off Permitted During Training)
