Job descriptionBoard Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Active Florida Medical License required. BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Managed Care , Medicare Advantage , and HEDIS Coding is essential. Experience with EMR / EHR systems preferred. Base Salary : Mid-$200,000 range, negotiable, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package including 4 weeks of PTO.

Job Summary :
We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic and expanding primary care group with locations throughout Florida. This outpatient practice focuses on providing high-quality care, primarily for geriatric patients. Experience with Managed Care , Medicare Advantage , and HEDIS Coding is required. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a predominantly geriatric patient population.
- Patient Load : 20-22 patients daily.
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (no weekends or late hours).
- Optional call for additional compensation.
