As an LPN you will facilitates, communicates and collaborates with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. Assists with the nursing process to promote / restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Demonstrates accountability for the quality of own nursing practice. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned. Qualifications In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following : Education Requirements

• High School Diploma / G.E.D (required) License / Certifcation Requirements
• Licensed Practical Nurse (required)
• BLS (American Heart Association) (required)
• State IV certification (required) Minimum Experience Requirements
