Job Description

Lead all field operations on large data center projects from site work through final turnover. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety protocols, and quality control on active job sites. Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to ensure alignment. Oversee daily construction activities, resolve field issues, and maintain project momentum. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale commercial or data center projects. Previous experience with a general contractor. Proven ability to lead field operations on complex, high-value projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable with travel and long-term assignments. Committed to safety, schedule, and quality on-site. Must be open to national travel.
