Associate Chargeback Analyst
The Associate Chargeback Analyst is responsible for managing indirect sales submissions process (chargebacks / tracings) for key Coloplast distributors, developing key internal and external partnerships, performing root cause analysis, and reporting across the organization. The Associate Chargeback Analyst serves as the strategic owner of their distributor accounts for processing data, relationship management, and issue resolution.
Major Areas of Accountability :
- Process incoming US and Canadian sales data submissions (chargebacks / tracings) based on frequency of distributor submission schedule, process resubmissions, and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain ongoing partner relationships with distributors and sales leaders to resolve any ongoing issues and proactively mitigate future issues.
- Maintain monthly metrics on submissions from distributors and proactively manage submission deadlines.
- Maintain monthly reports to distributors regarding the status of requested chargebacks; customize reports to meet stakeholder needs.
- Research complex issues with distributors surrounding the chargeback process; work through ambiguity to collect facts from multiple sources and make actionable recommendations that can have financial impacts on the company.
- Identify and recognize trends and patterns that indicate need for a process improvement or relationship improvement.
- Demonstrate detailed understanding of the department and a broad knowledge of other areas of the business.
- Ability to collaborate, train, and mentor team members as needed.
- Analyze data and identify the root cause of discrepancies in internal systems while working cross-functionally with other teams as needed.
- Work independently with occasional management consult to make recommendations and receive decision sign-off.

Basic Qualifications :
