What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises. Assist with visitor registration and maintain accurate visitor logs as required by site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner. Communicate and collaborate with site staff, management, and Allied Universal personnel regarding security-related matters. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns at the front desk area. Support emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
