Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing calls regarding overdue loan payments

Negotiate payment plans and facilitate arrangements to resolve overdue accounts

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements

Required Qualifications

1 or more years of collections experience required

Experience in a call center setting is preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types

Multitasking abilities and effective time management skills
