Shift : 12 hour nights, Description : Additional Information : Position Description : General job duties. Types of procedures required. Post operative care of total joint, bariatric, cardiothoracic, and general surgical patients. Equipment utilized in the unit / dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) EPIC computerized charting; CPM machines for ortho patients, Required skills and minimum years of experience. Min of 1 year; able to read / interpret telemetry; thorough assessments, able to work in a fast-pace environment Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) BLS Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) 3-12 hour shifts; weekend shifts may be required due to unit needs Floating to other units / departments. (If so, to which units / departments?) Yes- med / surg / progressive care unit / clinical decision unit Bed size / number of rooms for this unit / dept. 15 Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) 1 to 5Dress Code : Navy blue scrubs Tell us about the unit / department specific training and orientation program. Travelers- corporate orientation then 3-12 hour shifts for orientation then on ownComments : weekend shifts may be required due to unit needs
