Job descriptionPaid all practical miles, loaded and empty Average of 2,500 - 3,300 miles weekly Drivers are paid based on tenure with our company Starting pay - 60 CPM 1 year - 62 CPM 3 years - 63 CPM 5 years - 64 CPM Additional Pay : Tarp Pay - $75 for each load Layover Pay - $150 a day Extra Stop Pay - $25.00 for each extra pick or drop Detention Pay - $15 per hour after 2 hours (contingent upon on-time delivery) Bonuses : Clean Inspection Bonus - $50 per inspection Weekly Performance Bonus Pay (All based on legal miles driven and contingent upon no accidents, no tickets & on-time deliveries). If driver completes : 4,000 or more miles - 14 CPM Paid weekly with options for direct deposit Great company benefits starting after 30 days of employment : Life Insurance Aflac disability, accident, and hospital insurance No slip seating Home Time : Home 34-48 hours around every 14 days Routes : OTR 48 states Schedule : Hours vary based on delivery requirements International LT Trucks Automatic & manual transmission Governed speed : 70 mph 53 ft step deck trailers Amenities : Refrigerator, APU inverter ELD equipped using Motive system Company owner provides only the best equipment and personally oversees all the maintenance done at our terminal Must be at least 23 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable flatbed / step deck experience No more than 4 moving violations or citations in the past 3 years No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years No DUI / DWIs or reckless driving charges in past 3 years Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius : Within 500 miles of Sulphur Springs TX but will consider interested drivers outside of radius

We are rapidly growing our team and are now hiring CDL A OTR Step Deck Drivers in Sulphur Springs, TX to haul step deck freight to customers across the US. Drivers will be pulling 53 foot step deck trailers. We have loads to accommodate your needs and desired home time.
Compensation
- Average weekly pay range : $1,500 - $1,980
Top driver weekly pay : $2,000+
6 months - 61 CPM
Oversize Load Pay - 5 CPM
Referral Bonus - $2,000 (paid as $1,000 at 90 & 180 days employed)
3,000 - 3,999 miles - 10 CPM
