Location : Greater Des Moines

Work Arrangement : Hybrid Onsite Tuesday through Thursday each week. Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Johnston, IA.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our agile development team within the SPD / FRIP area, supporting high-level research initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining multi-tier, high-performance web-based and .NET desktop applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and workflows.
• Apply problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Ensure adherence to FS&D's software engineering standards, including architecture, UI / UX, and development practices.
• Promote and follow established coding standards and engineering methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
