This role includes performing comprehensive health assessments to determine patient needs. The RN administers treatments and medications according to established clinical guidelines and provider orders. The RN responds promptly and effectively to medical emergencies within the facility. The RN coordinates care with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to support continuity of care. The RN ensures adherence to clinical standards, legal requirements, and security protocols. The RN maintains a safe, humane, and therapeutic environment for all individuals receiving care.
